Cancellation Policy

Ash Allure Beauty’s Cancellation Policy

  To ensure our salons can consistently provide a five-star experience, we must ensure smooth operations by accommodating each of our clients fairly. 

 

To ensure we meet these standards, the following is obliged by all Ash Allure stylists and clients: 

 MINIMUM 48 HRS NOTICE FOR ANY RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS.

  • Any client changes less than 48 HRS notice from the scheduled time of the service will incur a fee equivalent to half (1/2) the total cost of the service. 

( Fee will be charged at the time of the change notice and must be received before any schedule changes are established. )

 NO-NOTICE / NO-SHOW:

  • Any failed notice or appearance for a scheduled appointment will incur a fee charge of the entire cost of the service without refund or credit.

( Proper change notice must be received within one (1) hour of the scheduled appointment time or no-call/no-show fee will be charged. )

 LATE-ARRIVALS

  • In order to ensure our reliability and respect each individual clients’ time fairly,  late-arrivals to appointments (for ANY reason) could possibly prevent some or all of the late clients’ scheduled service to be performed, depending on the stylists current schedule.

( For late arrivals that require rescheduling, a reschedule/cancellation fee will incur before any schedule changes are established. )

LATE-CHANGES

  • Any client changes to appointment service(s) within 2 days of the scheduled appointment time will result in the client being charged half (1/2) the price of that originally booked service.

( Fee will be charged at the time of the change notice and must be received before any schedule changes are established. )

  • Any stylist emergency cancellations within 48 HRS of your scheduled time will receive up to a $100 credit on your next scheduled service.
