1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

At Ash Allure Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

 

2. Appointment Cancellations

 

a. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours/ 2 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

 

b. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of half of the service will be charged if service is greater than $100. If less than $100 you will be responsible for paying for the service amount in full. This fee helps compensate for the time allocated to your appointment and any potential loss of business.

 

3.) NEW CLIENTS ONLY: You will be responsible for paying a $50 fee that goes towards your service cost before booking with me. If your service is greater than 3 hours you are responsible for paying for half of the service cost. 

 

3. Refunds

 

a. Services: Refunds for completed services are generally not provided. We take pride in our work and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

 

b. Products: We offer a [Number]-day satisfaction guarantee on products purchased at our salon. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within [Number] days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds for products will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

4. Refund Processing

 

a. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed promptly, but the time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Exceptions

 

a. Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency or sudden illness, we may waive the cancellation fee. Please provide appropriate documentation, such as a doctor's note, to support your request

 

b. Salon Errors: If we make an error in providing services, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. This may include fixing a haircut or color discrepancy.
